What an absolute piece of garbage. If I could rate it ZERO STARS, I would. The product came with ball bearings in turntable all rolling around loose. I unscrewed the single screw holding the base to the top tray and positioned the bearings back into their cylindrical fittings. But entire product is so flimsy, the ball bearings came loose with normal lifting and positioning for use. So I removed the ball bearings, figuring I could use without the swivel feature. But just the slightest bit of wrist pressure on the edges of my open and in-use Macbook Pro 13" causes unacceptable rocking. It's simply unsteady, cheaply made, and absolute garbage. Steer clear! In addition, there was no additional protection around the product's minimal cardboard packaging. Mine arrived with punctures clear through the cardboard on both sides. When I first picked it up and heard the ball bearings rolling around, I thought for sure the product had been broken by one or both of the punctures. But product was okay... not that it made any difference in its usability. When I bought it, I figured it was worth the $11 gamble. Like they say, you win some, you lose some. This gamble was not a win!
