I wanted small, light, and minimal battery life impact, this one does the trick.

- Actual dimensions folded: 8.5x3.5x.75 (inches), expands to 12.5"
- Actual weight (on a postal scale): 8.4oz
- Draws only .13A (great for battery operation).
- desktop only (not for bed or lap).
- It moves very little air, but it seems to be sufficient.
- It creates a large gap between the laptop and the desktop, aids cooling.
- Surprisingly, it cooled my full size laptop almost as well as my 3 fan kinemax.
- exceptionally quiet (I have owned many coolers).
- while it is small, the laptop must be large, unless you have a 4" Vaio P like the other reviewer had (great pics btw). I tried it with a 11.6" screen laptop and it raised the back up way too high, was unstable. It works great with my 15" laptop however.
