The laptop I use is a power house, and the heat sync is just not good enough for it. It had slowdown issues and crashes from overheating, so I had to sit down and get something to prevent that. The first hour I opened this up I loved it. It looks stylish, and the blue light looks sleek at night. I have an external keyboard and mouse, so just attach it to the laptop, and angle the fan plate, and its a full setup thats VERY cool. The fan is SUPER quiet, I'm very surprised. The only little grudge is my computer still gets hot, but I'm not complaining at all, this is by far an improvement, and doesn't get those slowdowns, and probably would've had long-term damage from all of the overheating. It also has that second USB port on the fan itself, so one is from the CPU into the fan for power, and the other is for your would've been used USB port, so its now an extension. So you don't lose a USB port if you don't have enough. Genius!
